I began in recruitment not because I wanted to fill positions, but because I wanted to connect purpose with potential. Over time, I’ve worked across IT, marketing, administration, human resources, and specialized technical roles - and I’ve learned one universal truth:
When the right connection happens, everything changes.
Over time, I’ve collaborated with a variety of teams and individuals, each with their own challenges, priorities, and dynamics. These experiences taught me how different hiring journeys can be - and how important it is to stay adaptable while keeping the process stable.
I’ve seen how valuable clear communication becomes when expectations shift, roles evolve, or timelines change. And I’ve learned that people appreciate a contact person who remains accessible, organized, and straightforward throughout the entire journey.
For me, good recruitment is not about presenting as many profiles as possible, but about creating clarity, building trust, and helping both sides reach a decision that feels well-informed and sustainable.
That’s why I created TALEXIA.
The name comes from "Talent" and “Nexus” - a point of connection - and it represents that moment when everything aligns: the perfect fit between talent and team.
